Our experience has taught us a lot. But above all, it has meant that family is always at the heart of what we do. And from bathing and washing services to administering medication, each of the professionals we work with are motivated by the same principle: what would we want for our own loved ones?
While family is the thread that binds Care Connect together, we are also motivated by helping individuals to maintain their independence. Experience, both personal and professional, has taught us how important this is in the provision of domiciliary care and so, we try our best to strike a meaningful balance between independence and quality of life.
Each of our services can be suited to individual needs. We understand how complex it is to find the right fit and will stop at nothing to provide care packages that are as diverse as the individuals we serve.
FAMILY TO YOURS
Ours really is a family story.
Care Connect was started in 1995 by husband and wife duo, Jane and Haydn. Their sights were set on creating a care service that they themselves would be happy to have and to give to their own: and that’s exactly what they did.
The desire was only strengthened when Haydn passed away in 2015. He himself relied on the kind of domiciliary care we provide, and that’s what started thier son Tom's involvement with Care Connect.
Thomas & Jane Green – Jane set up the business with husband Haydn in 1995. Tom their son joined the team in 2015 following Haydn’s death. Care Connect now provides domiciliary care to a large proportion of Cheshire.
Colleen has extensive experience in care and has completed the her NVQ level 5. Colleen joined the Care Connect Family in January 2019 and has since become an integral part of the family. She is continuously improving our policies to ensure
we provide the best possible care.
Catherine is the in-house trainer at Care Connect, before she joined our team in December in 2016 she was a Therapeutic Radiographer in the NHS for 10 years. She also has a degree in Genetics from the University of Liverpool. Catherine also worked for Care Connect as a Care Assistant whilst she was studying at Liverpool.
