Our experience has taught us a lot. But above all, it has meant that family is always at the heart of what we do. And from bathing and washing services to administering medication, each of the professionals we work with are motivated by the same principle: what would we want for our own loved ones?
 
While family is the thread that binds Care Connect together, we are also motivated by helping individuals to maintain their independence. Experience, both personal and professional, has taught us how important this is in the provision of domiciliary care and so, we try our best to strike a meaningful balance between independence and quality of life.
 
Each of our services can be suited to individual needs. We understand how complex it is to find the right fit and will stop at nothing to provide care packages that are as diverse as the individuals we serve.

Ours really is a family story.
 
Care Connect was started in 1995 by husband and wife duo, Jane and Haydn. Their sights were set on creating a care service that they themselves would be happy to have and to give to their own: and that’s exactly what they did.
 
The desire was only strengthened when Haydn passed away in 2015. He himself relied on the kind of domiciliary care we provide, and that’s what started thier son Tom's involvement with Care Connect.
